A Simple Winter Drive To The Sea… Bliss😎
Rambling On… 01 July 2022.
Happy Fourth of July to all my American friends. 🎆
I hope you all have a great time with your family and friends celebrating your day of Independence when your holiday rocks around on Monday.
Last weekend my husband and I went on a road trip to Lorne. We travelled to Lorne on the inland roads and spent the day in the cold fresh winter’s air, walking the streets of the seaside town and glancing into shops.
We went there for the sole purpose of getting my father a specific present for his upcoming 80th birthday and after we had the gift, we just took some time out to relax, have some lunch and soak in the not so warm, winter’s sunshine rays.
On the way back we took the coast road, stopping in a few wayside stops to take some photographs so you could all see the views from this wonderful Victorian landmark. The Great Ocean Road is one of our states wonders and is traversed by locals and tourists alike. We’ve driven on this road many times since we’re so lucky to live so close to it and I have to say it never gets boring.
We a great day and it was nice for me to get out of the house for a change.
I hope you all have a wonderful weekend and a great week.
Stay safe, sane, happy, and healthy.

What Have I Been Writing?
I actually wrote two books last month.
The second and third instalments of my Fae Kingdom series and I have submitted them both to Siren BookStrand for possible publication. I haven’t heard back yet since it’s only been two days since I emailed them off but I’m keeping my fingers crossed and hope my publisher likes them and wants to publish them.
I’ve had a lot of fun writing these books and creating a new magical world and I hope you all enjoy the fruits of my labour.

What Have I Been Reading?
I’m halfway through reading Susan Stoker’s Searching for Elsie, (Eagle Point Search and Rescue Book 2) and am loving it.
Zeke is a very caring man and I love how he’s embraced Elsie and her son, Tony. How he’s helping them get back on their feet, complimenting them both and rebuilding their confidence after being beaten down.
This is a wonderful story and I have every intention to finish reading the rest of this book tonight.
I will leave it there for now.
Enjoy your week ahead, until next time.
Love,
Becca Van XXOO
